Up Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking a skilled Operations Manager and Installer to

join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet

each client's unique needs. Additionally, we are looking for someone who communicates well with clients and

among a team. A candidate that can take charge on all production details as they arise is key. From logistical pickups of pallets at the warehouse, to sorting and arranging installs for upcoming appointments, ensuring QC, we want a candidate with a can-do attitude that is confident, courteous and thorough in decision-making.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus

Responsibilities:

Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
